Orchard Harvest Tote Bag.....

Hello Lovely Blog friends.... welcome!!!

So, what did you think to the first ever Pinkies blog hop... wasn't it awesome! I loved seeing all the ideas and projects everyone came up with - what a talented group they are!! And I see that I have some new followers too, thank you, I hope you enjoy seeing what I create along the way... please leave me comments as I really love to hear your thoughts.

Anyway, back to today's posting..... well.....where do I start.... I have been very busy lately (in between monthly card classes and project workshops) using my sewing machine and the wonderful Stampin' Up! fabric to make these very practical and beautiful tote bags. I saw one very similar a few months back, made by a fellow demonstrator and as she wasn't making any more I decided to have a go at making one myself.

I made the pattern myself and this is what I came up with.... what do you think?
I even had a go at making my own labels... this is my first attempt and I am chuffed to bits with it.
The front of the label saying I made it....
The back of the label showing my blog details and my email.

Here is the Tote I made for myself using the Spice Cake fabric. (If you attended the Reading SU Leadership Training you may already have seen it!)

And here is the one I made for Michelle Last (my wonderful upline) using the brand new Floral District fabric that will be on sale in the new Annual catalogue.
They all look so different in each of the fabrics don't they.... which one is your favourite?

Once people saw the Tote they instantly fell in love with it... they have even asked if I would make them one too.... so after some thinking I have been taking orders from Demonstrators and Customers, and as it's proven to be so much more popular than I had ever imagined!!! So saying this, there is now a waiting list (how happy does that make me feel knowing that you all love it so much! - thank you)

Here is the small print bit.... :)
The cost of the Tote is £30 plus P+P, and if you want a matching scissor holder it's £5 (P+P included with the Tote)

If you would like to own one of these gorgeous Totes complete with scissor holder, please let me know what fabric you'd like it made in and email me at lynne.fahey@gmail.com and I will add you to the list in the order I receive them. Full payment is needed at the time of placing your order and I will allocate you a number. And I will do my best to fulfill your order as soon as I can, but I do ask for your patience and understanding. I will keep you updated by email on what number I am currently working on.

Thank you so much for stopping by today, it's been so lovely to see you!
